All of these ingredients are nutrient powerhouses, but when you use Sprouted Lentils and Beans it really takes this soup to the next level of Health!
Makes Approx 4 servings:
What you will need:
1/2 Cup Organic Lentils that have been Soaked then Sprouted for 2-3 days.
(to yield approx. 1 Cup when Sprouted)

1/2 Cup Organic Black Beans Lentils that have been Soaked then Sprouted for 2-3 days.
(to yield approx. 1 Cup when Sprouted)
32oz of Organic Bone Broth or Chicken Stock
(or a combination of both)
1-2 Cups of Organic Carrots
(chopped, or whole baby carrots)
1 Can of Organic Diced Tomatoes (drained)
(Optional)
2 or 3 Organic Garlic Cloves (chopped)
1 Organic Bay Leaf
1 tbsp Organic Turmeric
Organic Black Pepper
Pink Himalayan Salt
1-2 Cups of Organic Kale
What you will do:
– Combine all ingredients (except Kale, Salt, and Pepper) in a large pot.
– Cover and bring to a boil, then lower heat.
– Once lentils, beans, and carrots are tender, add the kale and cook for another 5-10 mins.
– Add some salt and pepper to taste.
– Enjoy!
– Be sure to refrigerate any leftovers in an air-tight glass container.
