Scott Chaneski, B.S., CSCS

Once you find work you love, it will never feel like work.

After initially pursuing a degree in mechanical engineering, I decided to combine my obsession for ‘how things work’ with my passion for Anatomy and Physiology to ultimately obtain a degree in Exercise Physiology. With over 18 years experience working in commercial and corporate fitness centers, I now bring my programming expertise right to your screen! I have an incredible passion for personal training and I enjoy working with clients that seek a healthier lifestyle. Having conducted well over 15,000 personal training sessions, I know how to individualize your program to help you reach your health and fitness goals!

I created MyPersonalFitPRO.com so that I could have a platform to deliver a virtual training experience that is unlike anything else available. My desire to make sure my clients have the correct exercise form, proper nutritional advice, and individualized programs led me to build a website free of cookie-cutter programs, fads, and flat-out myths. When I take you on as a client I want to make sure that you have the best possible program that is specific to your needs so that you can reach and maintain your goals. By customizing every program and providing additional support I never want you to feel lost or alone in your health and fitness journey.

I am excited to be able to bring you the best, science-based, exercise and nutrition programming. I have helped hundreds of clients to improve their health and fitness using my expertise in:

…and I will do everything I can to assist you in building your health and fitness so you can feel better than ever!

In addition to my degree in Exercise Physiology, I am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) from the National Strength and Conditioning Association. I am also an EXOS Certified Performance Specialist (XPS) and Certified Fitness Specialist (XFS).

I never stop expanding my expertise and strive to learn everything I can about health, fitness, and how the human body works.
