Equipment Link #018: Stability Ball Chair

-Stability Ball Chair.
-Since the spine gets its nutrients though movement (called Imbibition), the subtle movement created by sitting on a Stability Ball Chair will allow for more pelvic and spinal movements throughout the day.
-This will enhance the flow of nutrients in and toxins out of your spinal discs to help improve your health.

-Speeds up recovery of core and low back muscles.
-If you are unable to get up from your desk chair every 20 minutes, then this is an essential item to optimize your spinal health.
-The light motion throughout the day can help stimulate fat burning and trigger mobilization of triglycerides and cholesterol.
