What you will need:
Amounts for each ingredient will be based on your meal prep intentions:
Sweet Potatoes (cut into wedges)
1-3 Organic Chicken Breasts (thawed)
1-2 Cans of Organic Diced Tomatoes
1/2 – 2 Cups of Organic Brown Rice or Quinoa (uncooked)
2-4 Cups of Organic Chicken Stock or Bone Broth
2-4 Tbsp of Refined Avocado Oil
Your favorite seasonings:
Pink Himalayan Salt, Organic Black Pepper, Organic Oregano, Organic Basil, Organic Turmeric, etc.
-For an additional boost of protein, consider adding 1-2 Cups of Soaked (or Sprouted) Organic Lentils and/or Beans!
What you will do:
– Place all of the desired ingredients in your slow cooker.
– Consider adding a variety of lentils and/or beans.
– Be sure to add your favorite seasonings and mix thoroughly.
– Set for desired cooking time. (Usually on LOW for 3-6 hours).
Recipe is ready when Potatoes are soft and Chicken can be easily pulled.
