Scott’s Super Stir-Fry

Grab a Wok and get ready to transform these ingredients into a delicious, nutrient-dense, healthy meal!

Vary recipe based on your desired amount and left-overs intentions. Approx Time = 25mins

What you will need:

Amounts for each ingredient will be based on your meal prep intentions:

1/2 – 2 Cups of Organic Brown Rice
(will be prepared separately)

1-3 Organic Chicken Breasts
(thawed and cut into small pieces

Seasonal Organic Vegetables
(Recommend: Asparagus, Carrots, Mushrooms, Peppers, and/or Broccoli)

1-4 Tbsp of Organic Unrefined Coconut Oil 
(can use Virgin to lessen ‘coconut’ taste)

Organic Coconut Aminos

Your favorite seasonings:
Pink Himalayan Salt, Organic Black Pepper, Organic Turmeric, & Organic Ginger.  

What you will do:

– First, boil water in a pot (with some Pink Himalayan Salt) and begin cooking the Brown Rice.

– Next, cut the Chicken Breasts into small pieces (approx size of a golf ball).

– Grease your Wok (or large pan) with the Coconut Oil and add the chicken.

– Add generous amounts of your favorite seasonings and mix.
(Pink Salt, Black Pepper, Turmeric, Ginger)

– Continue to cook (covered) and don’t forget to check on the Brown Rice.

– Prepare your Seasonal Organic Veggies. 
(Asparagus, Carrots, Mushrooms, Peppers, and/or Broccoli)

– Add the veggies to the wok/pan and mix. 
(keep in mind that harder veggies like carrots should be added a few minutes before the others)

– Continue to cook (covered)…and don’t forget about the Brown Rice.

– The Stir-Fry is ready when the Chicken is cooked (and not brown).

– When ready, dish out your mindful serving of Brown Rice…

– Top with your healthy Stir-Fry and dress with some Coconut Aminos!

– Be sure to store left-overs in the fridge and re-heat using the oven or pan (NOT a microwave).
