Quick Keto Superfood Mix

A great ketogenic recipe for breaking the fast and teaching the body to burn more fat…or use as your last meal of the day when craving the taste of chocolate.

Yields 1-3 Servings (based on your specific Nutrition Plan)

What you will need:

1/2 Cup (56g) Pecans 
(chopped if needed)

1.5 Tbsp (15g) Organic Cacao Nibs

1 Tbsp (14g) Organic Unrefined Extra Virgin Coconut Oil

1 Tbsp Organic Cinnamon

Optional: Organic Coconut Sugar or Stevia

What you will do:

– If the Coconut Oil is solid you should heat 1 Tbsp separately in the oven for a few minutes until it is liquid.
(This will also have the added benefit of allowing the Cacao Nibs to melt a bit when mixed.)

– Place the Pecans, Cacao Nibs, and Cinnamon into a small bowl.

– Pour the melted Coconut Oil on top and mix everything together.

ENJOY!

– Due to the bitter taste of Cacao Nibs, you may need to sprinkle a bit of Coconut Sugar (or Stevia) into the mix. 
(Especially if you have not yet conquered those sugar cravings).

– Be sure to store any unused servings in an air-tight container.
