The Cardio Programming is excellent as he personalizes every aspect to YOUR goals. I love the variety of workouts and have learned so much about the various cardio workouts to improve my speed and power. I love multi-sport and was able to place 2nd in my age group twice last year. I also participated in Scott's Individualized Nutrition Plan which is also great. Within 2 months I was able to lose body fat and decrease my A1c by (0.6) points which was incredibly motivating.
