-Ginger (Root or Ground).
-Ginger Root is best for both flavor and nutrition, but Organic Ground Ginger is a great alternative
(and can last up to 1 year if refrigerated).
-Ginger Root should be firm, smooth, and mold-free
(can store up to 6 months in freezer).
-Potent anti-inflammatory that helps reduce pain, settles digestion, boosts the immune system,
and protects against various cancers.

-Add a small piece of Ginger Root to your Shake Recipes
(Pumpkin Trifecta Smoothie).
-Add to your soup, sauce, marinade, and stir-fry recipes,
or settle your stomach with some Ginger tea.
-When cooking with Ginger Root it is best to peel it as little as possible.
