-Black Seed Oil.
-Also known as Nigella Sativa, Roman Coriander, Black Cumin, Black Caraway, or Onion Seed.
-MUST list botanical name: ‘Nigella Sativa’ on the label.
-Purchase from a reputable source, ideally buying Organic Egyptian Black Seed Oil
(most available unfortunately comes from India).
-Black Seed Oil should always be cold pressed and kept in amber glass out of direct sunlight.
-The aroma and taste should be very pungent.

-In Islamic literature, it is considered as one of the greatest forms of healing medicine.
-Proven benefits for treatment of Cancer, Diabetes, Obesity, Allergies, Asthma, Arthritis, Skin Issues, and more!
-Best to consume the whole seed, but using the oil is certainly a viable substitute.
(Black Seed Oil is 35% more concentrated than the raw seed).
-Don’t expect this to taste good!
(It is often mixed with honey to make it palatable).

Note: Black Seed Oil will break a fast if you are using an Intermittent Fasting Protocol.
