-Organic Sunflower Seeds.
-Look for Raw, Unsalted, and Shelled (Kernels).
-You can add your own Pink Himalayan Salt if needed.
-Consider Soaking if have issues digesting.
-Ideal Raw, but can be Dehydrated or Roasted at lowest oven temperature.
