-Kiwifruit.
-Incredible source of Vitamin C (more than an Orange) to boost your immune system and improve your skin.
-Packed with Potassium, Vitamin E, Vitamin K, and antioxidants to protect your health.
-Known for ability to help with sleep due to higher serotonin content.

 -If able to find Organic Kiwifruit you can get an even greater boost of nutrients and fiber by eating the peel:
The consistency is similar to that of a peach, and it tastes better if the Kiwi is very ripe.
Just wash the Kiwi with warm water, cut off the ends, and eat the entire Kiwi.
-Can add an entire Kiwi (remove the ends) to your Shake recipes, Salads, or between meals as a snack.
