Macadamia Nuts.
-Ideally Raw & Organic when possible.
-Highest in healthy fats, and lowest protein and carb content of all nuts.
(a key component of a Ketogenic diet)
-Loaded with thiamine (vitamin B1), magnesium, and manganese.
-Have been shown to optimize Cholesterol & Triglyceride levels.
-Have the best Omega 3:6 ratio of 1:1 (to help avoid inflammation) when compared to other tree nuts.
-Contain Omega-7 (Palmitoleic Acid) which is a Lipokine that helps the body use Omega-3s better, enhances the metabolism of carbs, increases satiety, and stimulates fat burning (specifically White Fat, aka ‘bad fat’.)

-Use in your Salad, Snack, soup, and Nut Butter Recipes
-Chop finely and use to ‘bread’ your meat or fish.
-Incorporate mindful servings of less than 60g/day.
